Welcome to FENIN, Algeria's first and best e-ticketing platform. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Account Registration

To use our platform as an event organizer, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

  • 1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • 2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • 3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as an event organizer.

Event Listing and Ticket Sales

As an organizer, you can create event listings and sell tickets through our platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided in the event listing.

  • 1. All event listings must comply with our content policies.
  • 2. You agree to handle any disputes with attendees in a professional manner.
  • 3. We reserve the right to remove any event listing that violates our terms or policies.

Ticket Pricing and Fees

Event organizers set the prices for tickets sold through our platform. Our platform charges a service fee on each ticket sale, which is detailed during the event setup process.

  • 1. Ticket prices must be displayed clearly, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
  • 2. The platform fee will be deducted from the total ticket sale amount before payout.
  • 3. Payouts to organizers will be made after the event, subject to our payment schedule.

Payment Processing

FENIN ticketing platform may partner with third-party online payment providers to facilitate the purchase of tickets by end users. Please note that these payment providers may charge small transaction fees, which are not controlled or collected by us.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are managed by the event organizers. It is your responsibility to establish and communicate your refund policy to ticket buyers. However, in certain cases, the platform may intervene in disputes.

  • 1. Organizers must clearly state their refund policy on the event listing.
  • 2. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable fees.
  • 3. We reserve the right to issue refunds directly to attendees in cases of fraud or event cancellations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • 1. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent event information.
  • 2. Engaging in ticket scalping or reselling tickets at inflated prices.
  • 3. Using the platform to promote illegal activities or events.
  • 4. Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. You may not use any of this content without permission.

  • 1. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written consent.
  • 2. Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant us a license to use it for promotion and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our platform is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • 1. We are not responsible for the performance or conduct of event organizers or attendees.
  • 2. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of our platform.
  • 3. You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algiers. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
